By accessing or using the WangZhi website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products and Services
WangZhi specializes in automotive body sheet metal parts manufacturing, including car door panels, hoods, fenders, body shells, and custom stamping solutions. All product specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and order quantities. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and any required deposits. Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products.
4. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control standards in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Products are inspected before shipment. Any quality claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues in good faith.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are negotiated on a per-order basis (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, production schedules, and shipping conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
WangZhi's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of WangZhi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Custom designs developed for clients remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.
8. Confidentiality
Any technical specifications, drawings, or business information shared between parties shall be kept confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. For international transactions, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) may apply where applicable.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
